Expose the fraud at NPA

During the month of July 2012 the NPA advertised posts for
Aspirant Prosecutors for law graduates, successful candidates were scheduled to
start work on the 1 February 2012 following their success with the selection test
and an interview respectively.

Myself and numerous other candidates applied and were called
for the test and upon the success of the interview mine took place at the
Ranburg Magistrate Court.

After immediately the interview the interview some us were
informed that we have been successful and that we will receive telephonic calls
from the NPA head office after our names have been sent thereto.

On the strength of the information i then served a notice to
my previous employer, but the problem started when no information came through
from the NPA head office.

I then started a series of telephonic calls with starting with
a member of the panel at Ranburg who said their job was only to interview people
and tell us about the outcomes and said the rest remains with NPA head office.

I then took up the matter with the NPA head office with the
following people and their contact number namely; Ms Malova at (012) 8456888 as
well as Mr Gika Maswanganyi at (012) 8456944. Ms malova turned out to be the
most arrogant, rude and useless public official ever to speak to whereas Mr Maswanganyi said he knows about our case and that we will
be working by the beginning of march 2013 which is this month we are in.

After the first of march and without any development s i
then sought to speak to the head or acting head of the NPA whose phone is always
ringing without an answer, i called the department of justice where upon I was
given the same numbers I had already used.

But what made me angry and motivated me to expose them in
the is when last Friday i spoke to the national spokesperson of the NPA Ms
Bulelwa Makeke at 0847025617 or 0128456145 who ended our conversation by saying
“i can go to hell”.

Why advertising a post and, call people and drop them like
firewood and you are a state institution funded by taxpayers money.

The NPA lied to the media when they said they have shelved
the Aspirant prosecutor programme and not disclose that they have actually called
people for interviews some of whom have served notices and resigned from their
previous jobs on the strength of the NPA informing them like myself of their
success with the interview process.

Please expose this rot in that is now within a crime busting
agency ran by fraudsters.
