A simple cure for our many social ills
This goes out to all those who are concerned. It’s written in simple English and won’t be difficult to understand.
» Get rid of textbooks and introduce tablets. Our children are always on their cellphones.
» Chronic patients (mostly pensioners) should stop having to wake up as early as 4am to go off to collect their medication at the clinic. The government must provide transport or home-based care.
» Police dockets are still getting lost. Dockets should be electronic and the cops must attend computer classes. They must also attend anger management classes as this will reduce the spousal murder rate.
» Every government institution should have monitors and its employees should always wear name tags as this would help minimise corruption.
» Every parent whose child attends school in the township should sign his or her child’s homework and it should be accompanied by an acknowledgment form. In that way, we know he or she is a concerned parent.
» Racism, prejudice and nepotism should be criminalised.
» Fewer meetings and discussions, less talking and more action in government.
