I wish to inform you that we are planning to recall Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe after the ANC’s Mangaung conference.

This will happen immediately after the New Year, in January 2013.

We have said that if he rejects our offer and stands against President Jacob Zuma, then he must kiss the ANC’s top-six leadership goodbye.

The second term of Zuma will be vicious in that the president can no longer be allowed to work with his enemies within the party.

He can no longer be easy-going.

From Mangaung, we want Zuma to act against corruption with ruthlessness, accompanied by some of Thabo Mbeki’s little evil.

Many who campaigned through the media houses and promoted the rubbishing of his name will know and feel the tsunami.

His second term will be marked by job creation, service delivery, the fight against crime and the squashing of corrupt tendencies.

This is the Zuma we know, the ruthless Zuma.

This is the Zuma we want to act without fear or favour, the Zuma who we want to show no mercy to the corrupt, regardless of their ANC membership.

Motlanthe out, Ramaphosa in!

Motlanthe will remain a respected leader of the ANC. He has kept to principle throughout the nomination and election process. His conduct is above reproach, that he did not heed the pleas of MK and SACP is his right entitled to in terms of our democratic practise. Nelson Mandela was amongst those nominated against Albert Luthuli and the heavens did not collapse.
Yes the ANC needs to be ruthless and decisive against the fifth column working against it from inside without stifling deabate or returning to the days of Terror Lekota intolerance. The role of MK despite the restoration of the dignity of combatants is not to be factional but to be the political leading light (commissariat) of our movement.

I can’t believe what I have just read. Zuma will never spearhead any move toward honest governance, job creation, anti-corruption or service delivery because he could not care less about unemployment, crime, lack of services and complete collapse of any governance whatsoever. To top it all, he is corrupt to the core. Are you aware of the hundreds of millions of OUR money (that includes you, unless you are a cadre, of course) that he is spending on his personal compound while our medical, judicial and education systems collapse? Do you know that he and his cronies made billions from an illegal arms deal? Do you know that shaik and Selebi – both Zuma’s cronies and both criminals – are living the high life under the guise of “Ill health” while we foot their legal costs? Are you living under a rock? He fans the flames of racial tension to detract from his failures and crimes, he expects us to pay for his opulent and vulgar lifestyle while people are literally dying of hunger in this very country. He won’t change. He and his gutless cadres have destroyed the honor of the men and women who sacrificed and suffered so that this could be a free and integrated country. Your blind devotion to this ingrate leads me to believe that you may be on the gravy train yourself. You cannot worship a man such as Zuma, and still have us believe that you love your country.
